What we collect and why
When you call, email, or submit the quote form on 1st Choice Moving & Storage, Amanda logs three things: your name and a callback number, your pickup and destination ZIPs, and the date window for the move. That information lives on our internal dispatch board at the Spring Branch yard and goes no further.
- Stored: name, phone, ZIPs, date window, bedroom count
- Held by: Amanda Russo (Sugar Land office), Sarah Whittaker (Pearland dispatch)
- Retention: 24 months after the move, then archived
- Lead broker resale: never — we’re the licensed mover, not an aggregator
What we do not do
We do not sell phone numbers, email addresses, or any customer detail to any lead-broker network, comparison-shopping aggregator, or third-party marketing list. The truck at your door has our name on it; the only thing we do with your information is run your move and follow up 72 hours after unload to ask for a review.
