Med Center July 1 cycle
Every July 1, the Texas Medical Center turns over its resident-physician class — thousands of doctors move into and out of Med Center housing in the same week. We book that window in January, schedule after-hours hospital-dock windows in the May calendar, and run sterile-equipment protocols for office contents that include lab and clinical materials. Trent leads the Med Center crew.
Energy Corridor corporate transfers
For ExxonMobil, Chevron, BP, and Halliburton transferees, Amanda handles the corporate-paid relocation paperwork directly with the HR vendor (TRC, SIRVA, Cartus) and bills the company on the back end. The household-goods crew runs the standard residential protocol on the personal side and the office-contents crew handles the desk and IT separately.
Pricing commercial
Office hourly is $179/hr for a two-mover crew, scaling up to four movers for a 5,000+ sqft floor. After-hours and weekend windows run a 15% premium. Not included in the commercial flat
Server-rack power-down and re-cable (your IT vendor runs that), structured-cabling re-install, and biohazard-rated equipment moves require their own paperwork and a separate scope sheet.
