Gulf humidity, hurricane prep, in-house storage
Houston summer means 95F plus suffocating Gulf humidity. We sealed-bag-wrap every upholstered piece against moisture, start loads at 5am to dodge the worst of it, and run A/C-only transit. June through November we hold our schedule against NOAA hurricane-cone projections so a Friday move doesn’t end up on top of a Saturday evacuation.
Gate-code, COI, and HOA etiquette
Amanda Russo handles the COI paperwork to River Oaks gate guards, the HOA filings for Sugar Land’s Riverstone and Greatwood boards, and the access codes for Memorial and Bellaire private associations. Bryan walks his Westside crew through the etiquette before the first dolly comes off the truck.
Pricing the way we sign it
Residential rate is $179/hr for two movers plus a 26-ft truck. Flat figures: 1-bed $545, 2-bed $1,195, 3-bed $2,095. Pianos at $445 and full-pack labor line-itemed separately. See related local moves, full-pack, and in-house storage.
Not included in the residential flat
Boxes and packing paper, full-pack labor, hurricane-prep emergency holds, art crate-build, and overnight storage-in-transit are quoted separately. Bryan writes every add-on into the walkthrough sheet you sign in your living room.
