Memorial runs from Memorial Park west along Memorial Drive into Hunters Creek and Piney Point Villages — brick ranches set back behind mature pines, executive housing built for Energy Corridor commute. The drive itself is fast at 9am and crawling by 3pm. We schedule load-ins after the morning rush and load-outs before the afternoon, with Trent Kowalski running the Westside crew.

The brick ranches on Bayou Bend and Brogden have original 1950s hardwood under decades of rugs.
