Hurricane-cone evacuation prep
If a hurricane projection sharpens during your pack week, we pivot the load list: priority crates go on the truck first, the rest move into our 30,000 sqft in-house climate-controlled storage off I-610, and we hold both against the evacuation order. When the cone clears, we re-stage and finish the move on the original signed figure.
Pricing the pack
Full-pack labor is line-itemed on top of the move flat, billed at $179/hr for the pack crew. Supplies (boxes, paper, tape, wardrobe boxes, custom crates) are itemized by quantity on a binding sheet Bryan writes during the walkthrough. Deposit $215 credits to the final invoice.
When a partial pack is enough

Not included in the full-pack flat
Antique appraisal services, paid disposal of packed-out trash, and after-midnight emergency packs are quoted separately. We don’t pack hazardous materials, propane, or live ammunition under any condition.
