How a quote works at 1st Choice
Every quote at 1st Choice Moving & Storage starts with a real person and ends with a signed flat figure — not a hourly range, not a “final pricing pending the day of.” Amanda picks up the intake call from Sugar Land, Bryan drives the walk-through, and Sarah locks the date on the dispatch board in Pearland before the contract goes out.
Three steps, 48 hours. Call Amanda, host Bryan for the walk-through, sign the flat figure. After that, the only person you talk to again is Sarah on dispatch about timing.

Faster on the phone
If you’re a 1BR or studio inside the Loop, Amanda can quote the flat over a six-minute call. Have your ZIP, your bedroom count, and any heavy items (piano, gun safe, wine cellar, treadmill) ready. Anything 3BR or larger gets Bryan’s in-person walk-through — he books the slot within 48 hours from The Heights to Katy.
- Pickup and destination ZIPs (or out-of-state city)
- Bedroom count plus heavy items
- Stairs, elevator hours, and access notes (gate codes, parking)
- Date window: hard date or three open Saturdays
What happens after you sign
“Bryan walked the Memorial house Tuesday at 7pm, the flat figure was on email by Wednesday morning, and Trent’s crew was at the curb Saturday at 6am. Nothing changed on the bill between Wednesday and Saturday.” — Memorial client, 2025
Once you sign, the date goes on Sarah’s dispatch board, and Trent Kowalski or Devin Caldwell picks up the route depending on where you live. Browse all service lines, the Houston coverage map, or our FAQ. Or call (888) 278-9005.
